Our promise to you, the customer, is that we will provide the very best service we can. We will endeavour to supply you with equipment which best suits you at a fair price.
As a small business, we are able to take extra care of our customers and will tailor a personal service to your particular needs. Our flexible hours (we are happy to be contacted by telephone at home during the early evening) help us to be available when other suppliers are not.

We will accept personal cheques, major debit and credit cards. We ask that goods are paid for prior to delivery. We promise not to debit any card until your goods are ready for despatch. Please do not e-mail card details.

We expect that any delivery charges are paid by the customer whether or not they decide to keep the goods or return them under the distance selling regulations. The cost of returning items to us in a new and unused condition under these regulations is the responsibility of the customer.
